The airport shuttle bus, taxi, maglev train take you running between Pudong Airport and downtown area of Shanghai.

Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport is the main domestic airport serving Shanghai and a hub for China Eastern Airlines, Shanghai Airlines, Juneyao Airlines and Spring Airlines. From Jan. 2013, it has been offering 72 hours visa free transit for 45 countries. It has two terminals – terminal 1 and terminal 2. Terminal 1 is used for Spring Airlines and flights for Japan, South Korea; and Terminal 2 is used for most of the airlines. It is about 20 minutes' transfer between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.

Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport is the busiest aviation hub in to Western China and headquarters for Sichuan Airlines and Chengdu Airlines, Chengdu Eastern Airlines, Shenzhen Airlines, Lucky Airlines and Tibet Airlines. There are altogether 241 routes, 78 of which are international routes. From Sept.01, 2013, Chengdu became the city offering 72-hour visa free transit for 45 countries. It has two terminals - Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Terminal 1 is used for Sichuan Airlines, international flights and flights for Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan; and Terminal 2 is used for domestic airlines except Sichuan Airlines.

From Aug.01, 2013, it has been offering 72-hour visa free transit for 45 countries.

Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport is the hub for Shenzhen Airlines and a focus city for China Southern Airlines and Hainan Airlines. At present, there are 107 airlines to about 80 destinations, domestic and international. International and regional destinations include Osaka, Soul, Kuala Lumpur, Sabah, Bangkok, Singapore, Bali, Phuket Island, Mauritius, Ho Chi Minh, etc. Flights are available for Macau, Taipei, Taichung, and Kaohsiung. There is no direct flight between Shenzhen and Hong Kong.

It has flights to 86 domestic cities, 35 international and regional destinations. From October 21, 2014, 72-hour visa free policy is available to facilitate passport holders of 51 countries and regions when making an international transfer via Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport. It consists of two terminals – Terminal A and Terminal B. Terminal A is used for international and regional flights while Terminal B is for all of the domestic flights to and from the airport.
